How to adjust order of layers

I have a drive time layer set up, and a heatmap using data loaded from an Excel document in a business analyst online project. How do I move the heat map behind the drive time layer? I tried loading it into the regular map viewer, however, when I try to load the drive time layer, it combines three separate layers that I have for the project(Only one of which I'm using) into one and I don't know how to select the one layer I need. Should I have just started this whole project in the regular map viewer?

Hello @JamesKesler ,

In the Business Analyst Web app, you can the adjust the order of your layers/sites from the legend panel by selecting and dragging them as follows:

And if you already shared this to map viewer, you can do the same by dragging the layers here:
