Hi, i'm on business analyst web app (arcgis enterprise)

my question is simple, with the infography widget, i'll add an interactive experience : a table. This table can be set easily with the "more option" button :

So it's good, i can set the dimension of the pop-up table.

Now, for some reason, i create infography by using the "Near" widget. When you use the near widget with the diagrams parameter, you can click on it and see the variable that you selected on a table, like my first example. But the problem that I have : i cannot set the dimension of the pop-up table. I don't find the same option that i found with my first exemple.

Did i miss something ?

thanks

@JasonBOCQUET Thank you for confirming! The configuration of interactive panels can vary between different types of elements for building an infographic template. With Nearby summaries, there is a default setup that shows the associated table and the configuration of this table is limited. The options do not currenlty include the ability to change the size of the panel that pops up. Better configuration options when working with Nearby summaries is something we can look into for future work to provide more consistency across the different types of elements.

@JasonBOCQUET Thanks for these details. To make sure I understand your question, please confirm if you are using the following workflow:

  • Create a Nearby panel using the Summary option
  • When running the infographic click the Summary to Explore for more
  • Detailed table is shown as pop up with preset dimensions

Hi @CherylHagevik this is exactly what I do. For users the first panel they see it's the summary panel (one icon with a indicator, exemple : number of transaction of storage) and if they click on the icon, they can see the table of the detail of the data, like your screen.

But the problem that I have it's that is not possible to set the dimension of the table in the pop-up.

but, with the infographic panel, it is possible to associate a table in an interactive experience, set the dimension of this table and if I click on the icon, i have my table with personalize dimension.

So why this difference between 2 quasi-identical things ? and if I miss it, where is the parameter to set the dimension of the table on the near panel by using the summary option ?
