The Terrain and Obstacle Profile element provides a view of the runway and approach surfaces, as well as any obstructions and terrain that protrude through them. The appearance of this element can vary based on your organization's requirements and the FAA or ICAO specifications used. To display the information properly, you first need to run the Generate OIS Profile Data and Generate OIS Obstacle Datatools on the obstruction identification surfaces (OIS) layer.
Once inserted into a layout, the Terrain and Obstacle Profile element's name, source, size, profile type, display appearance, and placement can be configured.
