An app based on the QuickReport "hangs" on my device

I've built an app using the QuickReport template in AppStudio 3.1. On my developer machine it works fine, and i the AppStudio Player it also looks and operates without problems. But if I build it on the cloud and try it out on my device, it hangs after I press "New".

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Carsten,

Can you open AppStudio Settings tool and check if the External Storage Capability is set to true in your app?

If it's not ON, can you set the below capabilities to true, upload app , rebuild and test it again?

Below are the capabilities used in apps created using the QuickReport template.

Can you provide the details on the device(s) make and model where you are seeing this issue?

Hi Erwin,

in my case it's a Samsung Galaxy S7.
