I recently gonna an ideal of building a webgis system that using the arcgis server api for silverlight,but I found that silverligth just can build 2d rather than 3d. searching relation info by Google,some saying that it must relate to "balder" or something else. I search for ideal that building 3d map using the google plugin called "stretchup" in arcscene,I never learn anything about the 3d and I do not if i can usr silverlight and balder to spatial analysis it(3d map building by stretchup in arcscene).
