Python API Map Widget not working in cloned environment while using Jupyter Notebook

Hello, I am using a arcgis pro cloned environment "arcpro3" in Jupyter Notebook. While trying to use the map widget in the python API I am getting an error "Invalid Argument" when calling the map widget, screen shot below.

When I access Jupyter Notebook outside of the cloned environment "arcigspro-py3" everything seems to be working as expected and I can use the map widget. Screen shot below.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
