Issue in Toolbar Draw Arcgis JS in mobile device

Hi i testing a example (this url Draw toolbar for iOS | ArcGIS API for JavaScript ) and i debug the code with Developers Tools in Chrome, and to simulate any mobile device i activate "Toggle device mode". This example works in Ipad and Iphone devices but if i change device and reload the page toolbar doesnt work.

I tried to import "dojox.gesture" and replace event "onClic" (in the code) for event "tap" without success

Next image show works toolbar using Apple Iphone 6.

Next image use "Samsung Galaxy 4", dont works toolbar

Someone can help pair serving on all mobile devices? Any ideas?
