Display region boundary on map of New Zealand

I am trying to display the boundary of regions(state) of new zealand country. From where i can get the feature layer for the boundary of region like this url below

   If search ArcGIS.com you will see that I am not the owner of that data and thus have no control over how it is shared. I suggest you search ArcGIS.com and try to find one that is public or ask you fellow Kiwis if someone knows of a public one.

Doing a quick search on arcgis.com turns up this one as a publicly accessible NZ region boundaries feature service
