Color classification symbology for raster with ArcGIS for Javascript

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask about ArcGIS for Javascript. Does not matter it is API 3.x or API 4.x. I have few raster dsm files, and I would like to display them on a map with a symbology like color classifications. Please see the image below.

Beside the javascript, also should I publish the image as an ImageService or MapService? I cannot find any documentation of ArcGIS Javascript about color classification for rasters. Really grateful if you could help me on this.
