I have created a number of applications using the JS API, and there is one issue that continues to frustrate.
When panning or zooming in Internet Explorer (tested 9 and 10), some tiles from a ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer are not downloading properly, and the map either has blank squares or includes tiles from the previous zoom level.
Looking in the network section of the IE developer tools, the requests for the failed tiles are remaining as pending.
This issue is only present in IE; Chrome, Firefox and Safari are all fine, but as our organisation uses IE this is a bit of a problem.
Has anyone else experienced this?
