About JS API Geoenrichment - InfographicsCarousel

I tried to run the following sample code link on my own computer for Geoenrichment - InfographicsCarousel: ArcGIS API for JavaScript Sandbox  

I copied all the codes and try to run it, but always get the following error: 

I do have AGO online account. Is this about proxyUrl setting? Thanks!
