Supports Calculate attribute

Is there a way to unclock the "supports calculate" attribute in a Featurelayer?

   There is no way that I am aware of. If the layer has editing enabled then this is enabled for hosted layers.

What about the rest service? how to active that?

??? What do you mean. As the documentation states this is only an option for hosted services on AGOL currently.

When true, the layer supports the Calculate REST operation when updating features. Requires ArcGIS Online hosted feature service. (Added at v3.11)
