Snapping in IE10 + IE11

Hi,

we suddenly discovered that snapping doesn't work in either drawing or edit toolbars when using IE10. We are currently using 3.7, but doesn't seem to work with 3.8 either when trying that. I then tried using the official samples, and they seem to have the same problem.

Example (use CTRL to activate snapping):  http://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/samples/ed_selectionmode/

I then tried using the F12 development tools in IE, and forced the browser to version 9. This makes the snapping work again.

One workaround could be to force the browser to IE9 mode using meta tags, but that will break some HTML5 functionality in the application.

Anybody else having this issue ?

FYI, after the post i found out that this is a known bug reported in July 2013.
Snapping will not work in IE10 or IE11.

This has been fixed in 3.9, which will be out very soon.

I am facing the similiar issue and I did manage to find out later that it was a known issue with IE10 and above.. But to my luck my client is using IE9 as of now. But hoping they might upgrade in the near future and ESRI releases the fix by then.

I'm just starting to look at why my snapping isn't working on IE11 and found this thread. Has 3.9 fixed this as suggested?

The only bug I found listed was this, which doesn't tell me much:

Is there any news on this?  Thanks Jon.

I thought this was fixed internally so I looked into it.

This might actually be related to a bug with the dojo/keys module.

No further update but I will try to post again when I do.
