PopUp appears on map but also in side Panel in WAB

I installed the custom widget 'PopUp Panel widget version 2.13' in AG enterprise and was able to choose that widget when creating a Web App.

The problem I have now is, that when clicking on a feature in the map the PopUp opens in the side panel but also on the map.

How can I deactivate the in-map PopUp? Do I have to edit the JavaScript code, if so where do I find that file?

   What version of "AG enterprise" (I assume you mean ArcGIS enterprise)? There is code inside the Popup panel widget that is suppose to disable the default popup.

What theme are you using there and have you configured the Popup Panel widget to be opened at startup?

Interesting, your question made me try it in another theme, and it works there.

Before I used the Dashboard Theme where the duplicate Pop Up appears. I now switched to Jewelry Box Theme and the Pop Up now just shows up in the side Panel, not in the map as I wanted it to be.

So the widget does not work properly in the Dashboard Theme which is bad since I need its flexibility to show more data in multiple frames.
