Maps text are dithered or blur when Base Map Types are Streets, topo, hybrid, it looks fine when Map type is topo-vector. Please help us to solve text visibility issue with Base Map and screen resolution ?

Maps text are dithered or blur when Base Map Types are Streets, topo, hybrid, it looks fine when Map type is topo-vector. For different resolution of screen maps text are dithered. Please have look at below screen.

For topo-vector it works fine

Could you please suggest us how we can achieve clear text visibility on Map ? Also suggest us for different screen resolution and zoom level of screen, It should work dynamically.

Hi Kalyan Singh Rathore‌. We're aware of this issue and are currently working to improve the visual quality and rendering performance for these types of raster basemaps, however, I'm not sure if this will be done in time for next release. This visual issue is exasperated when the `devicePixelRatio` for a given device is not 1.  For now, we recommend using vector basemaps that should not suffer from this problem.

Thanks Matt George, But we see there are zoom in limitation in Vector Map, We cannot zoom in Max comparatively with Streets Map. 

Do you have any suggestions on Vector Map, How can we zoom in Max with Vector Map ?

Kalyan Singh Rathore‌ for VectorTileLayers, are you running into this issue in 4.12? If so, on which basemaps? I know we had this limitation in 4.11, but I believe some work was done to remove it in 4.12.

To give another update on this, we did merge a fix into our 4.13 branch that we think should significantly improve the appearance of basemap text at non-integer pixel ratios (e.g. at 80% zoom or 125% zoom)
