Make a polyline/polygon of arrows

Hi, 

I'm trying to draw a polyline with an arrow to show the direction of the line,

I have tried the plugin called "DirectionalLineSymbol", but it seems doesn't work fine with the load modules method.

Is there any better way to solve this issue?

Since the DirectionalLineSymbol was written for 3.x, it's not surprising it doesn't work for 4.x
