Increase no. of stops in Routing???

Hi All,

While running the sample "Route with Barriers and Stops" present in Samples, I am getting this error:

"An error occured
Error solving route
The number of input locations loaded into Stops exceeded the maximum allowed by the service. Attempted to load 19, but only 10 allowed"

when I am keeping more than 10 stops. I need to have more than 30 stops in my application. Can anyone help me to sought out this problem

I had created my own Map service(using Arcgis 9.3.1). For that map Service also I am not able to solve route if I have more than 12 stops
