Google Maps in ArcGIS Desktop and Server based applications

Hi, I want to use Google Basemaps in below scenarios:

1. Adding a Google Basemaps in ESRI javascript API based application
2. Geocoding in ESRI JAvascript API based application using Google Geocoding API
3. Adding Google Maps in ArcGIS Desktop

Just wanted to know if all these are possible with Google Maps?

   Using Google Maps in the JS API is a violation of the Google Maps API Terms of Service (TOS). There is a Desktop extension that has been authorized by Google that you can use though. Arc2Earth

Not sure there are any for Google.

Arc2earth has shut down.  HdGoogleBasemaps has replaced it.  Good plugin.
