Hello I know that setting a scale of the map to a specific number in 4.16 of the API will snap to closes LOD scale defined unless I have set snapToZoom to false when I can set whichever scale it suits me best.
How can this be done in 3.33 version of the API? I have not found a way to zoom to a non-integer zoom level or an exact scale ('10.000' i.e.)
