We are creating a web app where a user can add 3D features from the web client to feature layers in a SceneView map. We want the user to be able to create a number of different feature layers to compare between them.
So the question is: Is there a way from a web app with the ArcGis Javascript API to create a hosted feature layer in ArcGis Online that then can be loaded into the SceneView map and do further work on?
Alternatively can this be done with any other API (maybe Python script?) from a server so we can trigger from the client?
