I am trying to use centerAndZoom to zoom in the map point. When i use the ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer and then use centerAndZoom(mapPoint, level), it works fine and i am able to zoom in to the maximum extent. But when i try to load map without ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer and just using DynamicMapServiceLayer i cant zoom in to the maximum because this time i need to use fraction to zoom in. How can i use the fraction to zoom in to the maximum extent.
By using fraction the zoom in occurs every time i load something and every time zooms in by that fraction.
