Arabic characters in TextSymbol not being displayed in the correct order JavaScript API 4.23.

This issue was previously resolved in ArcGIS JavaScript APIs from V4.14 to 4.21 but appeared again starting with 3.22.

This is the sample code used in the solution of the previous issue, you will notice that it doesn't display the Arabic characters in the correct order because it's using the APIs V4.22 but if you changed the APIs version to 4.21 or earlier till 4.14 it will work fine.

Please not that the Arabic text is commented you will need to uncomment it

Hi @AhmedKhaterAK, we found the issue and will have this fixed at the next release (4.24 due out this summer).
