I am getting this error message when I check the Console trace on google Krome:
Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://[Portal]/arcgis/sharing/rest/content/items/[WebMap]?f=json' from origin 'https://[developmentserver]' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
