Hi, I haven't seen a post on this yet for 10.1.  I am getting a sandbox violation error when trying to access my Print service by directly connecting to the GIS Server from my FlexViewer (https://myserver:6443/ArcGIS/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/...)  I know this error is typically caused by a missing crossdomains.xml file (which I added to my IIS root folder), however at 10.1 it doesn't go through IIS like it used to, so I'm wondering where does the crossdomains.xml file go now?  Is the GIS Server running its on web server?

Thanks!

Ian

I got it working.  The problem was because of the self-signed certificate that I installed through the AGS Advanced Admin.  I had to hit the server directly to force the download of the certificate into the browser's certificate store.  So https://myserver:6443/.

Found out a little more.  The GIS Server appears to be running Tomcat as its web server.  There is a crossdomain.xml file at its root.  According to the documentation, this is open automatically (see below).  I am still confused on why FlashBuilder is giving me this error then.  Anybody have any ideas on this?  Thanks!

"By default, ArcGIS Server allows cross-domain requests. A set of client access policy files are placed on your GIS server for this purpose when you install ArcGIS Server. These should not be removed, opened, or modified."
