Not able to download ArcGIS API for Flex 3.1

Hi:

I get redirected to an error page when trying to download. I sent an email to the Site Manager but get an out-of-office not returning til Dec 20th reply.

Can you look into this please?

Yes, thank you. We just pushed this out later last night so we will get this taken care of ASAP.

Esri, you should take note, this happens EVERY time you post something for download.  Find a better way!!!

I'm Using ARCgis API 3.1 in flash Builder 4.6 .... When i run the application, in google chrome i get a white screen with code Error #2148 . In fireFox I get a  PopUp " WIdgetManager Error #2035 ..... PLZ Can someone help me 🙂
