How to use Weighted Clustering and Flare Composite Picture Marker Symbol

hi

i am trying to use Weighted Clustering on Graphic Layer. When i use Normal Picture Marker Symbols then Flare Works normally. BUT when i created Composite Symbols [Picture + Text Marker] then those symbols displays individually but in flare does not appear and default symbol shows up.

Whats wrong with that, any Idea?

Composite Symbols are not supported as far as showing it when FlareSymbol flares.
