Is there a tool/platform for a community engagement (crowdsourcing) that has incentivized GIS learning and data entry?

Types (Examples):

  1. Point Reward System (PokemonGO) - Users learn GIS and gain points as they use new tools within Apps.
  2. Adventure (Similar elements to Geocaching) - More information is needed at a specific location. Request information by posting a quest for other users to see and enlist help.
  3. Social (Waze - Hazard Reporting) - People like the information provided and share their support/appreciation by giving it a thumbs up.
