URGENT HELP NEEDED- FEATURE LAYER DELETED

Good day,

I require your urgent assistance in helping solve an issue I have with the ArcGIS Survey123 portal.

I noticed on Saturday evening that I could not access my questionnaire, Conflict Boundary Resolution between Ile Ife and Modakeke, its answers or any of the data. I believe that my feature layer has been deleted. 

My username is LolaAdeyemi and my email address is adeyemiomolola1207@gmail.com

I have sent an email, and I got a reply that I would be responded to in 5 days, which is unfortunately too long a time for me to wait.

Hopefully, it was accidentally deleted. I believe you can assist me in retrieving it from the recycle bin.

I kindly request looking into these issues as quickly as you can, as I have a submission due tomorrow.
