Copy or Clone Survey 123 in Admin Tools

Hi Blake,

We are currently using the free version of the Admin Tools for ArcGIS, but are looking to purchase the Pro version as soon as we set up our internal Portal.

I just have an inquiry in regards to the cloning and copy tools.

In your Considerations Regarding Cloning article you state that “Vector Tiles, Survey 123 Content, and Operation Dashboards are not currently supported at this time.” Is this limitation also true for the Copy Item tool, as I have tried several times now make copies of a Survey 123 Feature Layers and Forms and it seems fine until I try to open the form in Survey 123 (web or mobile). Then I get the error below.

So are Vector Tiles, Survey 123 Content, and Operation Dashboards not support by the Copy Item tool? and if so are you guys planned to fix this in the a future release?

Hello Billy,

Thanks for the question. It is my understanding that content, such as

Survey123 has been added to ArcGIS recently, and not considered an

"originally-native" format, so we are in the process of updating our own

software to handle this new type of item. We just make it abundantly clear

that this holds true for Cloning, as that operation is, in many cases, a

large factor in purchasing Admin Tools Pro and Portal Licenses.

As for a fix, we intend to support Survey123 content across the application in an upcoming version of Admin Tools.
