Hey All,

I have One machine running windows 10 with ArcGIS Server 10.7.1

https://gis.axioma-in.com:6443/

I have successfully install and configured a portal on that machine

https://gis.axioma-in.com:7443/

After doing so:

I have installed web adaptor and successfully configured it to use the server

Web adaptor name: wa

https://gis.axioma-in.com/wa/rest/services

I have installed the 2nd web adaptor named wap and try configuring it to use the PORTAL

(See 1st image)

After successful completion of the operation I am getting the error:

"No portal is configured"

when browsing to

https://gis.axioma-in.com/wap/home

(See 2nd image)

Please please please help me ... what am I doing wrong ??

Thanks ahead and best wishes

Roy

I am having the same single-machine WA issue (10.7.1 on Win 10) and it is very frustrating. One difference...managed to get my machine name to finally show in Portal Admin Dir >  Registered Machines but I still get the "No Portal is Configured" error on the ArcGIS WebAdaptor screen as shown in Roy's original post. Any additional ideas to understand why there is no communication with WA-Portal would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hey Jonathan, sorry for the late replay (Israel is having double trouble - Passover and COVID19)

nevertheless I was only able to fix this by reinstalling the arcGIS server component (someone had installed it for me about a year ago and it was not working since...)

anyway, I have asked all of the developers to preform backup to their tails and folders. made a full database backup and then removed (uninstall) the web adapters, uninstall the portal and uninstall the ArcGIS server.

then I have renamed all of it's leftovers (c:\arcgisportal Etc.) and reinstall everything back.

I made sure that all of the ports in the FW are open and follow the instillation guide.

I have tried to avoid reinstalling as much as I've could but eventually there was no way around it.

Sorry that I don't have better news for you...

Stay safe

Roy

Hello,
Sorry to bring this topic up again, but I am having the same issue: I lost connection to the server as I wanted to reinstall the web adaptor.
Now, whenever I want to configure the webportal, all I have is
