My maps are not showing up on the app when i search

I have created an online map and shared it to the public.

Installed the ARCGIS app.  Searched maps and found my map.

All was good but a few days later my map is no longer available when I or anyone else searches.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, changing the settings on the map and resetting the public option.

Any ideas

Are you referring to the Admin Tools for ArcGIS Online application (Found Here) or ArcGIS Online in general? Let me know so that I can help.

Hi Neill, 

I should have said "Android ArcGIS App"

I have created another map "Trial Map" which I can find on the Android App if I do a search for "NatureWest"

But my original map still doesn't show up.

Do you know if there are any limitations on maps which can be picked up by the Android App?

Patricia,

I am unsure why one would be showing up vs another one. Try tagging the webmap or changing the title to see if that helps to find it within the ArcGIS App.. Also, if you are not logging into the ArcGIS App with the account that owns the web map then you may have to make that web map public in order to see if from other accounts.
