Trouble getting 3D buildings in Unreal Engine

I followed the "Display a map (UI)" tutorial and was able to get the terrain working and all the image and 3D layers for New York City. However, when I tried to use 3D Building data for other locations, I can't get any buildings to appear. Specifically, I'm trying to get buildings to show up in Orem, Utah, USA, but nothing appears. I believe this may be because the 3D building data used for the New York demo is a Scene Layer, while the data I'm trying to use for Utah is a Feature Layer.

Here is the layer I'm trying to use in Unreal Engine:

For my project I'll need to be able to have 3D Buildings (even if it's just simple blocked out ones) for a lot of the Western/Midwestern United States (Montana, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, etc.) so if there's some kind of layer that would work, I would love to know about it. Thanks!

Since this appears specific to Unreal I think you should post this in that forum to see if one of the product engineers can chime in on what might be going wrong.

I'm not familiar with how Unreal works but looking at the layer you mentioned it is a 2D building footprint layer so that doesn't appear to be what you are looking for. I'd recommend using the Open Street Map 3D Buildings layer found here https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=ca0470dbbddb4db28bad74ed39949e25

Here's a blog on using this dataset as well https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-living-atlas/mapping/new-osm-3d-scene-layers/

thanks,

Andrew

Hi, I had already tried using that OSM layer and couldn't get it to work. The buildings remain flat like in the photo I've attached. I assume either it's just incompatible or I'm just doing something wrong.

Here is the link that works in UE5 with New York City's 3D buildings, maybe there's something I'm missing with it that makes it compatible.

Edit, I should also mention that I haven't gotten any image layers working either, other than the New York population density example from the tutorial project, with again makes me suspect it might be me doing something wrong.
