There doesn't seem to by any attachment.

Just post the error in the message please.

Is it just an image? With no elevation or DEM underlying it?

If so, why make it into a web scene?

I added attachment error ..
The image has DEM underlying to see it 3D  .

and we want to present it in city engine web viewer .

thanks

Well, that seems fairly obvious.

How big is the raster and the underlying DEM? Is this a tin?

My general experience with building web scenes..

If it takes more than about 10mins to build the scene, there are too many features in it and you need to make it smaller.

the raster is " Orthophoto " and the format is ( .tif ) and the size of it is 2.5 GB . how to reduce size ?

The DEM size is 30 MB .

Yes the Export to web Scene it's take more than 10 min , maybe around 19 min and then fail

Well a 2.5Gb image in a web scene is pretty ambitious!

Is the pixel size of the tif far smaller than the DEM?

You might want to resample them to the same pixel size to reduce the overall size.

it's work after I resample DEM and OrthoPhoto from X=0.5, Y=0.5 to X=1, Y=1 . and the raster size is decreased .

but the resolution of Raster also decreased and I don't want that happen . hhhhhhh

thanks
