Development Impact Analysis Solution is no longer available

Hello Community,

I'm currently working on my graduation project and i need to perform some 3D analysis namely 3D viewshed analysis and and 3D solar radiation. To do so, i tried to deploy the Development Impact Analysis solution but the file is no longer available. Did they rename the solution ?

If anyone still has the desktop template of solution please help.
