ASCII 3D to Feature Class tool "not licensed"??

Hi. I would really like to convert a 3D ASCII to Feature Class or to a DEM.

I do have the 3D analyst license
[ATTACH=CONFIG]29634[/ATTACH]

But it won't work
[ATTACH=CONFIG]29635[/ATTACH]

You'll also need to enable the extension in ArcMap, by visiting Customize > Extensions, and selecting the extensions that you'd like to use. See this help item for further details.
