how to display data using time as elevation in 3D local scene?

Hello, I am trying to display conflict data for the Philippines in a 3D scene, using time (event_date field) as the elevation field. However, it is not displaying properly. I have attached the data, maybe someone could help me figure it out. 

I want to perform spatio temporal analysis using the space time cube.
