DEM transform into raster data, Arcgis does not work.

I am using Arcgis 10.2.1 right now.

and need to transform 1 Meter DEM into raster, however, Arcgis always does not work and stop to process.

I was wondering there are something wrong with Arcgis software or my computer environment?

What tool are you using in Arctoolbox?  What is the path to the source and destination filename?  Are the data projected?  More information is required on your part.

i am using DEM to Raster.data are projected at the beginning.

Anything that you used in the tool or Environment settings that you made within the tool itself may also narrow down potential problems
