Hi everyone,

Perhaps this has been noted before, but I can't get extruded features to have transparency in Arcscene 10.2.2, although this was possible in previous versions. Does anyone have an idea of why this is not possible any more?

And perhaps anyone here also noted the X-ray vision! issue, also dealing with transparency...?

cheers,

Victor

Hi Victor,

Your transparency observation is a known issue at ArcScene 10.2.2 and has been previously reported to Esri.  The defect is documented as NIM-103541: Extruded polygons and multipatch features without textures do not honor transparency in ArcScene.  You can find it at the following location but will need to log in to access the information:  http://support.esri.com/en/bugs/nimbus/role/beta10_1/TklNMTAzNTQx .
