Identify Widget only works in Developer Mode?

Seem to be having issues with the Identify 1.301. It seems to work for individual layers in the developer console, but when it's deployed I get no results. Identify ALL works when it's deployed but it doesn't retain any of the field settings. Any ideas? I remember having a similar issue and it was related to http/https. here is the example

So what is wrong with the site link you provided?.. When I use the Identify widget I get 18 results and the web console does not list any error (concerning the identify).

hmm, I wonder if it's a browser issue? Using Chrome It seems to work ok on my phone.... Thanks for the test.

And I just updated to Version 48.0.2564.109 m and it works as well
