What is the process for hosting a custom WAB Dev app on a free hosting service?

I was just curious if it were possible to host a custom WAB Dev app that I created on a free web hosting service (like GitHub). Our organization currently doesn't have a web-facing server space to host it, and I wanted to try a test-run. Further, what do the steps involved entail? Appreciate the feedback/help.

Thanks Robert,

I actually went through these links in my initial investigation. Getting the space on a outward-facing server is something I'm still pushing for, but this issue has pushed me to be a bit more creative and expand my skill-set, so that's a positive. Thanks for the feedback.
