Movable panel

Hi everybody,

In Beta version of Web AppBuilder, the widgets panels were movable (dragging the upper part of the panel caused its moving).

Now I can't see this behavior. I'm trying to move the Editor panel or any other panel and it doesn't move.

How can I change it?

It depends on how the widget is added to the interface. If it is added to one of the widget placeholders floating on the map, then the panel is movable.

Thanks. I understand, but if I want it in the upper toolbar of widgets (see image below), is it still possible to move it?

If I put this icon on the map, it is hardly seen. It is much better in the upper toolbar.
