Controller widgets in Jewelry Box theme open one at a time?

In Jewelry Box theme controller widgets open one at a time, when you try to open another widget it closes the first. Is it possible we can change this behavior to open all? There is another post for the on screen widget too https://community.esri.com/thread/174899.

Irfan,

I don't see how that would be practical at all when talking about the header controller widgets. The header controller widget are designed to be 100% height of the map area and a fixed width and absolute postion, so opening more than one would not work well at all.
