When I attempt to configure them through the custom tab, I click on the hyperlink button, and when I try adding attributes from my feature class, I can't scroll through the fields, and the popup to add links just seems broken. More recently, the plus buttons for the url and description won't do anything. Is this an error with my browser (Chrome), or would I need to change something in my config files? Pictured below is what happens when I try to add links.
