Are there any instructions to help me use this widget? I've loaded it into the client\stemapp\widgets folder, but no success being able to even see the widget in WAB.

Thank you, I can now load the widget successfully. I am still a bit confused as to what this widget does and how it works.

Could you explain how to use this? Do you have a demo WebApp showing how this works?

The widget on open should load default video and drop down list.

While the video is playing GIS information pulled from the FMV Server and plotted on the map:
