Select multiple features in Public Notification Widget

Can you add multiple feature(for example multiple parcels numbers) in "select or search for a feature in the map" box? Public Notification Widget? I've tried to without success but i am not sure if you can or can't.

If this is not currently available could this please be an added feature on the next release please.

Could the current widget be modified to include multiple features?

I also am wondering this. I have the older javascript version of the Public Notification App. Since this older version is now in mature state, I'm testing the new Web AppBuilder version and it does not appear to have the same functionality as its predecessor. You use to be able to use the map to select the geography. Additional capability allowed you to use the Ctrl button add additional parcels. Is this functionality missing or am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
