Removing the index (#) column from the Screening Widget report

Is there a way to remove/hide the index column (headed by the hash symbol) from the Screening Widget report?

I am curious about whether there is a solution as I have seen other questions referring to removing layer attributes from the report. This is somewhat different in that it is part of the report by design.

I have never used the developer edition of ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, so even if possible it may be beyond my capability to implement. I have downloaded the web app JS files but am unable to figure out where it is implemented in the Screening Widget files.

It would be much appreciated if anyone can share their insight, as our users would prefer it was removed from the screening report.
