I created a custom widget which has "inPanel" set to false in the manifest.json</P><P>I have also created a custom theme. In this theme's default layout, there is a config.json. I did not define the custom widget in that json.</P><P>When i use the builder, i click on the "Set the widgets in this controller", then I am presented with a list of widgets.
