Stretch the esri popup pointer

I made the popups moveable following Hustle Hard's post in this thread: https://community.esri.com/thread/161401. Now I would like to make esri popup pointers stretchy based on the location the popup is moved to. Anybody able to help or suggest the way to do this?

Brandon,

I am not aware that that is possible. The pointer is just a square rotated and placed at a z-index under the popups outline div.
