Share Query And zoom doesn't work

When I create a Link in the Share tool to a specific parcel it writes the url below but it just sits there when i copy and paste it into a browser. Seems like everything else works in the Share tool.

Scott,

It looks like you are querying a layer that is in WKID 103403 and the result of that query can not be automatically re-projected to 102100 (web mercator) that your map is using.

Thank you Robert, I would like to use our base maps so we don't have to re-project them, just haven't figured out how to do that yet. Had trouble loading them for some reason. Folder: /

In your AGOL org content you need to create a webmap and add your data that you intend to be used as the basemap and when you do you mark it as such (basemap) and then use that web map in WAB now the WAB app will be in your WKID and not 102100.
