eSearch Widget for WAB

Anyone using the esearch widget with WAB on a rest service that contains a join. I am unable to get this to work, any thoughts would be appreciated.

Sure I have tested layers with joins. Is there any additional info you can share?

Robert,

If I remove the join in the mxd and republish the service I can use the service but if I include the join it just says search failed. Not sure what other info would help you.

Josh,

Lets start with seeing your config_Enhanced Search.json. You can use the advance editor to attach the file once you have zipped it.

Josh,

So you issue is quite simple the Accounts layer does not return a shape field and thus is causing the widget to error out. Unhide the shape field in your map service and then republish.
